What we Believe
We believe and teach the Apostle’s Doctrine. That is repentance, water baptism by immersion in Jesus’ name for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. (Acts 2:4,38; 8:12-17;10:48; 19:1-6; 22:16).
The scriptural formula given in Matthew 28:19 is accurately applied when baptism is performed in Jesus' name. “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” (Matthew 28:18-19).
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Father (John 10:30; 14:8-11).
We believe that He is the Son (Matthew 16:15-17).
We believe that He is the Holy Ghost (John 14:26).
There is only one name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12).
The fullness of the Godhead is in Jesus (Colossians 2:9).
We believe in living a holy and consecrated life.
